8 Papaya

Papaya contains a compound called papain, which has the property of lightening dark spots. You can rub papaya on the dark areas, and rinse it off after 20 to 25 minutes. The dark area should lighten up within a week.

9 Cucumber and honey paste

Prepare cucumber pulp and mix it with honey. Apply the mixture on the dark area. Wait for 15 minutes before rinsing it off with water. You should notice results within a few days.
